Seeckts becomes Fourth Licensed IP in BVI Office

KRyS Global, an international firm dedicated to corporate asset recovery, insolvency, forensic accounting and business advisory services, is pleased to announce Senior Manager Andrew Seeckts has been approved as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP) by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.

Originally from Australia, Andrew is a chartered accountant with over six years of experience in dispute resolution, fraud recovery, insolvency and turnaround, working for the last four years in the BVI on high-profile and complex liquidations. He joins three of his colleagues, Kenneth Krys, John Greenwood and Charlotte Caulfield, as a member of a group of 27 approved professionals who can be appointed by the BVI Court as liquidators of BVI entities.

In order to be granted an IP license in the BVI, candidates must successfully demonstrate their experience and expertise in insolvency matters. Mr. Krys explains “We are devoted to maintaining the highest standards in the provision of liquidation and insolvency services.
