KRyS Global USA brings first-tier investment banking and restructuring experience – primarily to the middle market. Our senior management has 25 years of multifaceted distressed investment and restructuring experience and can assist with, among other roles, restructuring advisory/CRO, creditor advisory, liquidating trustee, Chapter 11 trustee, expert witness, board member, and distressed asset sale assignments.

Our firm has experience in complex, high-profile restructuring cases. Unlike many of our larger competitors, however, we pride ourselves on providing hands-on, focused service to our clients. KRyS Global USA provides onshore services to KRyS Global clients located offshore, as well as a variety of services complementing U.S.-based restructurings that have offshore components or issues.
