KRyS Global Conducts Salary and Benefits Survey

Attracting the right talent to your business can be challenging particularly if you don’t have information about the latest salary and benefits trends in your industry sector. Look no further.
The 2016 Chamber of Commerce Salary and Benefits Survey is now available.
The survey, conducted by Krys Global, includes information reported by 138 businesses. “This is the fifth survey to be conducted since 1998,” said Chamber CEO Wil Pineau, CCE. “The objective in conducting the survey is to provide the business community with reliable and timely salary and benefits information across all of the major industries in the Cayman Islands. The survey is one of the largest ever conducted to measure private sector salary and benefits practices.”
Specific areas addressed in the survey include: salary, bonus, vacation, allowances, benefits, pay administration practices and a breakdown of the employee base between Caymanians and expatriates.
Survey information is reported on 182 benchmark positions covering accounting and finance, management, technical, professional service and non-profit functions.
