John Skelton of KRyS Global was recently featured as one of the ‘People to Watch – 2015’ in leading industry newsletter, Turnarounds and Workouts.

This distinction was based on John’s success in a recent case. The project involved a BVI investment partnership with substantial private equity interests in Ukraine, Georgia and Serbia with a value in excess of €1 Billion. John’s role included addressing the liquidity and legal issues of the underlying assets. He was also an integral part of the negotiating team dealing with the potential purchasers and the legal team.
