The Nassau Tribune–Krys Rahming & Associates Limited is pleased to announce the opening of its office in the Bahamas. The Bahamian firm will be dedicated to Corporate Recovery, Insolvency, Forensic Accounting and Business Advisory services. The firm maintains a strategic alliance with Krys & Associates Ltd. which has offices in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands. The Krys and Associates network is currently considered to be one of the largest independent firms in the Caribbean focused on insolvency, forensic accounting and litigation support services.

Ed Rahming is Managing Director of the Bahamas Office. He holds an MBA from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over ten years experience in providing insolvency, fraud and forensic accounting investigations and litigation support services which he gained while working in the Financial Advisory Services practice with a Big Four accounting firm in their New York, Cayman and London offices.

Mr. Rahming has advised clients on accounting and financial matters under litigation across various industries. He has led or been a team member on international insolvency matters including BCCI and on numerous international forensic accounting matters including Viacom, Ingersoll Rand, IPG – McCann Erikson, Lucent Technologies, the U.S. Transportation Security Agency and Xerox. He was a lead member of the forensic accounting team that assisted in the defence of the underwriters of more that $15 billion of WordCom debt securities in bondholders’ actions throughout the United States.

Prior to establishing Krys Rahming & Associates, he was the Vice President of the Grand Bahama Port Authority and President of the Lucaya Service Company. He is the Founder and Owner of Intelisys, an integrity due diligence firm with offices in Nassau and Grand Cayman.
